NOTICE is hereby given that the 2024 Annual Meeting of Members of Indian Electric
Cooperative will be held at 7 p.m. on Thursday, October 16, 2025 
at the IEC Fleet Facility in Cleveland, OK

The purpose of the meeting to to act on the following matters:
1. Reports of Officers and Directors;
2. Reports of results of recent District Elections.

Drive-thru registration for the 2025 Annual Meeting will commence at 3 p.m. and end at 7 p.m.
on October 16, 2025 at the following locations:
